At our facility, Clinker, Gypsum, Limestone, and Slag are delivered to the charging hoppers by dump trucks and wheel loaders. Each raw material has its own dedicated charging bin and is fed into the mills via individual conveyor belts controlled by a computerized PLC-based feeder system. This system, equipped with a precision weighbridge from Schenck Process, Germany — one of the best in the world — ensures that each raw material is added in the exact proportion required for each specific product.

Inside the silos, the finished cement remains protected from moisture and other harmful elements for extended periods.

Precision Grinding
Each ball mill has two chambers:

In the first chamber, the raw material mix is crushed.
In the second chamber, the material is finely ground to powder.
A high-efficiency O-Sepa N-1500 separator separates the coarse particles, which are fed back into the mill, while the fine product is collected through a bag filter system and stored in designated silos.
We maintain dedicated silos for different cement types, with capacities of 5,000 MT x 2, 500 MT x 1, and 800 MT x 1, to ensure purity and product integrity.

Quality-Controlled Packing
Before packing, cement passes through a 4 mm vibrating screen to remove any hard particles. The screened, fine cement is then packed using three separate Roto-Packers equipped with air and mechanical impellers. This system prevents any large or hard particles from ending up in the bags — any such defect can only occur if bags are later exposed to moisture, which can be checked by inspecting the paper liner.

We also operate two bulk cement loading facilities for different product types to ensure efficient delivery.
Accurate Dispatch
All loaded vehicles are checked on digital weighbridges to guarantee correct delivery quantities.
Our plant also has an in-house waterproof storage capacity of 70,000 MT for Clinker, Gypsum, Limestone, and Slag, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality raw materials year-round.
