About Us

Since its establishment in 2000, Royal Cement Limited has grown into a trusted brand in Bangladesh's cement industry, jointly owned by two of the largest companies in Bangladesh - KSRM Group and BSA Group. Known for its consistent quality and reliable support in services, we maintain an advanced manufacturing process by using ball mills having high performance mill internals which is manufactured by world's number one company named AIA Engineering (VEGA) to produce high-quality cement. In addition our own PP bag packaging factory gives us an added advantage to ensure consistency in service and timely delivery.

Fly Ash Free Royal Cement

We don't use fly ash in our cement; instead we use Japanese Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS), known for its high content of calcium oxide and silica, as recommended in the renowned book "Properties of concrete" by A.M Neville, former president of the concrete society, UK

Advantages of Slag Cement

• Produces extra CSH gel (Calcium Silicate Hydrate), which reduces the permeability of concrete.
• Resists steel corrosion by reducing concrete permeability, lowering chloride penetration, and maintaining a protective high pH around the rebar.
• Lowers heat generation during hydration, reducing temperature differences and preventing thermal cracks in concrete.
• It resists sulphate & chloride attack by consuming calcium hydroxide and reducing CA content, preventing harmful salt-based expansion in concrete especially in coastal areas.
• Slag Cement develops strength more gradually than ordinary cement but continues to gain Strength over time. Containing more Calcium Silicate Hydrate (80-85%) and having clinker-like chemical composition gives it extra strength as time goes by.
• Slag-based Grayish-White Royal Cement is the best choice for fair-faced structures. Fair-faced concrete highlights natural beauty with a smooth, uniform finish that needs no paint or coating. Using Royal Slag Cement ensures durability while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of fair-faced concrete.
